Regarding to this and this the latest news is that sharing friskyRadio shows on MercuryServer comes to a total end from today on. I really think this is the best solution since users seem to be unable to follow simple rules.
I do not want to have listeners and fans who are unable to respect this simple rules. All they do is rip my shows while their running and posting them BEFORE I even think about uploading the shows onto MY server for the PODIO.
There is a true and faithful crowd of people who know what respect means. They are either friskyRadio subscribers and/or donate to me for hosting the PODIO files. There’s a bunch of people who link to my sites and friskyRadio when they write about new sets at whatever internet sites. This is totally okay and wanted!
No, it’s not about the donations or any other money. It’s all about giving and respecting that. We (friskyRadio, myself and my DJ colleagues) love to GIVE, but don’t take an arm when we want to give a finger, please.
Although I have to say that I really think that Tom @ MercuryServer did all he could do, and this needs to be respected as well. We might not have the same opinion on some points but grown-ups can respect each others for their intentions. No hate.

Wenn es zwei Dinge gibt, die ich an Windows (XP) ganz besonders schätze, dann sind es
Es gibt ziemlich selten mal etwas, was Checkdisk nicht wieder geradegebügelt bekommt, selbst dann noch, wenn Windows dir “rien ne va plus” erzählen will. Und wo Checkdisk aufhört, beginnt die Systemwiederherstellung. Wer ehrlich ist, der muss zugeben, daß die meisten Probleme mit Windows an eigener Blödheit im Umgang mit gewissen Dingen liegen, so auch gelegentlich bei mir. 
Leider musste ich die Erfahrung heute mal wieder machen, mit einer knapp 4 Jahre alten XP-Installation, die dafür immer noch total geil läuft. Nur ich war mal wieder zu blöd/unvorsichtig. Ist aber alles gerettet. 
Jetzt fragt nicht, was ich als Vollidiot - der wo ich ja quasi gelegentlich auch mal am sein dran bin - gemacht habe … ich verrate es nicht (auf die Schelte kann ich verzichten, ihr Geierpaque 
). Nee, ernsthaft: Wenn man sich ZUM BEISPIEL das Benutzerprofil in den Popo haut, dann hilft die Systemwiederherstellung scheinbar sehr zuverlässig, wo Checkdisk nämlich die Fühler streckt. Nur mal so als Tipp.
Aber Freunde … hab ich geschwotzt … 
das wäre ein GANZ schlechter Zeitpunkt gewesen, um ein System wieder neu aufzuspielen. Ist ja immer so.

This is NO Remix Contest but an OPEN REMIX ACTION! Every remixer may feel free to join this project. Simple as: Every good remix will be released (via L2 Music) together with the single original version, worldwide in any possible online store before Christmas 2007. No winners or losers. The track is called “Mundus Vult Depici”, featured on the third chapter of the GOD Quadrology (last track in that chapter). The original is quite progressive rock but also an electronic ambient tune. It’s really a challenge for dance remixers (for instance) since the original tempo is 80 BPM. You’ll have to decide whether to timestretch the remix parts up or down. ATTENTION: Before you wonder about, the original does not contain an explicit bassline, so no remix parts on this one! There are lots of low frequencies but no real bassline.
You are totally free concerning style, length, tempo or keynote. Any idea is welcome! Your deadline is October 31st 2007. You have four weeks from this post on. This may be a lot of time. After finishing your remix, please, upload a 320 kbps MP3 somewhere and send the download link to mail(at)l2music(dot)net. Ich habe heute meine Musik für diesen Sommer gefunden: Lulu: “L’Amour bon tempi” (Fakè Records 2007).
12 großartige Stücke, in Englisch gesungen mit einem herrlichen französichen Akzent (dabei kann ich überhaupt kein Französisch!). Tolle, poetische Stücke. Songwriting wie Kinderzeichnungen: Ganz einfach, und doch total ergreifend. Ich 
weiss gar nicht welches Stück ich als meinen Favoriten bezeichnen soll. Momentan läuft “Take a walk with me at the seaside”. Ich könnte mir gleich meine Schuhe ausziehen und gemeinsam mit meiner hochverehrten Lulu barfuss durch den Sand laufen. Das ist definitiv mein Lieblingslied…
Oder, halt, nein; Jetzt fängt gerade das großartige “Live a simple Life under the sun” an. Vielleicht ist ja das auch mein Lieblings-Stück…
Aber ganz großartig finde ich auch die Arrangements, bzw. die Produktion. Die Stücke werden fast durchgängig nur von einer (Hammond?) Orgel, einer Dobro und einer Cajon begleitet, manchmal scheppert auch ein trockenes Schlagzeug mit. Nur bei dem Stück “City Rush” darf mal etwas ‘ran, was ich mal so als Roland CB 78 identifizieren würde. Das ganze bekommt dadurch auch gleich so einen netten Anfang-Achziger-Electro-Pop Charme.
Produziert wurde das ganze aber erstaulicherweise von dem Elektronik-Gott Bernd “Glitches” Göttner (Ex-Blackbox, Steinhouse-Rockers). Sein letztes Solo-Release “Outline Dubbing” war mir ja dann doch schon ein wenig zu angestrengt Minimal House. Soll man dazu etwa tanzen können? Da muss ich mir aber erstmal eine Betriebsanleitung dazu durchlesen… Aber ich will jetzt nicht abschweifen.
Dennoch: Respekt davor diesen (äusserst gelungenen) Stilbruch zu wagen! Mit der bezaubernden Lulu hat Bernd offensichlich einen sehr inspiriernden Konterpart gefunden.
Das ist Musik für den (meinen?) Urlaub. Hätte ich eine Freundin, würde ich es Ihr vorspielen - oder vielleicht doch nicht, denn Sie könnte ja eifersüchtig werden. Diese Kindfrau Lulu ist sooooooooo süß und die Musik so unschuldig und leicht, wie ein fettreduzierter Joghurt. Hach…

Ich habe eine Menge Zeug in meinem Hirn und meinen Festplatten, das die Öffentlichkeit nie sieht oder hört. Mit “Öffentlichkeit” meine ich jeden, der diese Website besucht. Glücklicherweise habe ich eine kleine, aber sehr feine “Fanbase”, die ich eigentlich eher gewissermaßen als Freunde bezeichnen möchte.
Es ist nicht so, das ich im Blog nicht ehrlich bin oder nicht die Katze schön aus dem Sack lassen würde, aber es bleibt immer ein Teil übrig, der einfach “never ever” für die breite Öffentlichkeit bestimmt ist oder sein wird. Den oben beschriebenen Freunden möchte ich diesen Content aber schon gern zugänglich machen, exklusiv sozusagen.
Und deshalb gibt es ab sofort “IV Specials” (siehe Sidebar rechts, ganz oben). Es gibt immer etwas mitzuteilen oder zugänglich zu machen, das ich lieber im persönlichen Postfach meiner Freunde weiß, als hier auf der Frontpage meiner Website.
Und das läuft so ab:
Ich plane für die Zukunft auch gelegentliche TREFFEN mit euch (und mir natürlich), bei denen wir alle zusammen sitzen, das eine oder andere Hopfengetränk einnehmen und lustige Dinge reden (unweigerlich). Ich kenne ganz viele von euch nicht persönlich, und irgendwie finde ich das bisweilen schade. Das soll sich ändern. Ich finde, wir sollten uns ab und zu mal sehen. Vorschläge zu Locations könnt ihr natürlich grundsätzlich auch selbst einbringen. Ihr seid ja stark verstreut im Bundesgebiet (und darüber hinaus), so das ich mir vorstellen könnte, alle 3 Monate (oder so) woanders zu sein, um euch zu treffen.Und weil das alles Dinge sind, die ich nicht öffentlich ablaufen lassen möchte, gibt es jetzt IV Specials. Eigentlich ist das ein simples Newsletter-Tool, aber ich nutze es halt in der Form.

Look, I have to admit I feel very sorry for the predicament you’re in. As Ricky Bobby said, “If you’re not first, you’re last.” And you being humiliated in front of the whole world does NONE of us Americans any good.
Sir, listen to me. You have to send in MILLIONS of troops to Iraq, not thousands! The only way to lick this thing now is to flood Iraq with millions of us! I know that you’re out of combat-ready soldiers — so you have to look elsewhere! The only way you are going to beat a nation of 27 million — Iraq — is to send in at least 28 million! Here’s how it would work:
The first 27 million Americans go in and kill one Iraqi each. That will quickly take care of any insurgency. The other one million of us will stay and rebuild the country. Simple.
Now, I know you’re saying, where will I find 28 million Americans to go to Iraq? Here are some suggestions:
1. More than 62,000,000 Americans voted for you in the last election (the one that took place a year and half into a war we already knew we were losing). I am confident that at least a third of them would want to put their body where there vote was and sign up to volunteer. I know many of these people and, while we may disagree politically, I know that they don’t believe someone else should have to go and fight their fight for them — while they hide here in America.
2. Start a “Kill an Iraqi” Meet-Up group in cities across the country. I know this idea is so early-21st century, but I once went to a Lou Dobbs Meet-Up and, I swear, some of the best ideas happen after the third mojito. I’m sure you’ll get another five million or so enlistees from this effort.
3. Send over all members of the mainstream media. After all, they were your collaborators in bringing us this war — and many of them are already trained from having been “embedded!” If that doesn’t bring the total to 28 million, then draft all viewers of the FOX News channel.
Mr. Bush, do not give up! Now is not the time to pull your punch! Don’t be a weenie by sending in a few over-tired troops. Get your people behind you and YOU lead them in like a true commander in chief! Leave no conservative behind! Full speed ahead!

Es gibt etwas Neues. Es heißt “Freitagsfrager” (nicht zu verwechseln mit den Montagsmalern). Der Freitagsfrager - also ich - stellt einer gemeinhin bekannten (oder auch unbekannten, aber interessanten) Person jeden Freitag Fragen, die dann zusammen mit den Antworten in meinem Blog, womöglich aber auch im Blog des befragten, erscheinen. Simple as is ;o)
Das Ganze nicht nach dem Stöckchen-Prinzip (das ich doof finde), sondern eher nach Interview-Manier. Nicht immer ernst gemeint, aber schon auch mal, das kommt ganz auf das Gegenüber an.
Es gibt schon eine Menge schillernder Menschen, die sich bereit erklärt haben mitzumachen, und morgen startet die erste Folge des “Freitagsfragers” mit einem lustigen Menschen. Wie ich finde.

ich kann es bald nicht mehr ertragen diese rechtschreibunfähigkeit die in deutschland immer mehr zunimmt egal ob es sich um simple worte handelt interpunktion oder satzstellung die menschen schreiben immer mehr ohne punkt und komma vergessen mehr und mehr gross und kleinschreibung und haben somit meines erachtens nach keinen respekt mehr vor dem der es lesen soll ich werde demnächst ziemlich konsequent auf so etwas reagieren nämlich zum beispiel auf emails entweder nicht antworten oder mit “Ich verstehe nicht was Sie meinen, das ist für mich unlesbar”. Punkt.
Das Virus
Beim Herpes-simplex-Virus Typ 1 (HSV-1) oder Herpesvirus hominis (menschliches Herpesvirus) handelt es sich um einen 150-200nm großen Partikel. Ein Nanometer (nm) ist ein milliardstel Meter. Innen liegt die genetische Information der DNA (engl. Core), die von einer Eiweißhülle (Nukleokapsid) aus identischen Bauteilen (Kapsomeren) umgeben wird. Diese beiden stecken in der äußeren Hülle, dem “Envelope”.
Vom Typ 1 wird der Typ HSV-2 unterschieden, die genetische Verwandtschaft zwischen beiden ist sehr eng. Auch die Beschwerdebilder sind fast gleich und kaum zu unterscheiden, HSV-1 ist allerdings mehr für die Lippen zuständig, HSV-2 für den Genitalbereich. Wegen der biologisch sehr labilen Hülle sind die Viren sehr empfindlich. In der Virologie werden weitere Subklassen unterschieden. Die Familie der Herpesviren ist vor allem bei höheren Säugetieren sehr verbreitet und dort Auslöser teils schwerer Erkrankungen, HSV allerdings tritt nur beim Menschen auf (Anmerkung: und bei Fußballfans).

Ich hab gerade so einen “Blumenkohl im Gesicht”, der allerdings gerade im Begriff ist, zu verschwinden. Meist in den kalten Phasen des Jahres, gelegentlich aus ausgelöst durch Ekel oder Ähnliches. Ich weiß auch woher jetzt bei mir, sag ich abba nich.
Zählt - komischerweise - zu den menschlichen Tabuthemen … wieso eigentlich? Haben sowieso fast alle. Manche glauben sogar, man bekäme es, wenn man einen Menschen küßt, der gerade einen Blumenkohl im Gesicht hat. Blödsinn!
Zum Glück ist es bei mir immer nur sehr schwach und auch schnell wieder weg, habe aber auch schon bei anderen Blumenkohlfelder gesehen :o)
