On Wednesday evening, June 25, Germany and Turkey will meet in the semifinal round of the 2008 European Football Championship in Basel, Switzerland. Various cities in Germany have set up viewing areas for the public to watch the live broadcast of this game. The “Fan Mile” in front of the Brandenberg Gate in Berlin is expected to draw up to 500,000 German and Turkish fans, Frankfurt am Main will host a public viewing area at the Rossmarkt, and Munich is setting up a large public viewing area at the Olympic Stadium where 30,000 fans are anticipated. Similar events are planned in other cities and spontaneous celebrations or demonstrations related to the match may occur throughout Germany.
Because of the high fan interest in this prestigious semi-final elimination game between Germany and Turkey, there exists the possibility that disturbances, including violent disturbances may occur before, during or after the match, which begins at 20:45. At a minimum, post-game celebrations will likely result in traffic congestion in larger cities. Crowds celebrating previous German and/or Turkish victories have blocked streets and rocked vehicles attempting to pass through them.
We remind American citizens in Germany that even mass gatherings and demonstrations intended to be peaceful can turn confrontational and possibly escalate into violence. American citizens are therefore urged to avoid the areas of demonstrations if possible, and to exercise caution if within the vicinity of any demonstrations. American citizens should stay current with media coverage of local events and be aware of their surroundings at all times.

Ich liebe diese Shyce-Aussagen. Relevante Begriffe habe ich mal gekennzeichnet:
Wo genau sich die heftigsten Gewitter entladen werden ist derzeit noch schwer vorherzusagen. Sicher ist aber, dass sich bis Montagabend in ganz Deutschland Unwetter bilden können. Die Luft die mit der Warmfront eingeflossen ist, kommt aus dem Mittelmeerraum und ist damit sehr feucht. Diese hohe Luftfeuchte ist der Garant dafür, dass es mit den Gewittern zu Starkregen und Hagel kommen kann.
Wieso schreibt man nicht gleich:
WIr haben einfach keine Ahnung.
So einen Blödsinn würde Meteomedia (Kachelmann) sich nicht erlauben.

Verleihung des Grimme Online Award 2008 - Kultur - WDR.de
Wer hat die beste Website im Land?
Zum achten Mal wird am Mittwochabend (11.06.08) der Grimme Online Award in Köln verliehen. Die Jury hat 19 Webseiten nominiert - darunter auch die WDR Mediathek regional, das WDR-Special “Weltreligionen” und die WDR-Kindernachrichten “neuneinhalb”.
Und? Wer hat den verdient? 
Seit Jahren verklagen sich Jörg Kachelmann (Meteomedia) und der DWD (Deutsche Wetterdienst) munter gegenseitig. Der DWD will Meteomedia Wetterwarnungen untersagen, Kachelmann sagt, die DWD-Warnungen sind inkorrekt bzw. fehlen, wodurch Schäden vermieden werden könnten. Er hat Recht.
Hier im Ruhrpott ging gerade quasi die Welt unter, extremes Unwetter.
So sieht der DWD die Warnlage:
Das ist nicht mehr als ein Hinweis auf ‘markantes Wetter’ (Orange), aber keine Warnung.
Das sieht Meteomedia mal wieder anders, und zwar korrekt:
Hier sind die relativ ungefährdeten Gebiete gelb, die mit markantem Wetter orange, und die Warnungen vor extremem Wetter rot.
Ich kann nur sagen: Hier war es gerade für eine halbe Stunde DUNKELROT. Starkregen, Blitzeinschläge und 150 db Donner, alles dabei. Nur der DWD hat es mal wieder verpeilt. Ich habe hier jede Menge Sirenen der Feuerwehr gehört.

Ich persönlich finde es erstaunlich, wieviele, aber vor Allem WELCHE Länder VOR Deutschland in Sachen Pressefreiheit liegen.

Hier freut er sich darüber, einen wirklich großen und wunderschönen Braunbären erlegt zu haben, der niemanden etwas getan hat. Am Ende streichelt er den toten Bären und freut sich ein weiteres Loch in den Kopf:

Sowohl Grizzlys als auch normale Braunbären zählen (mit Einschränkungen beim Grizzly) zu den gefährdeten Tierarten. Ich weiss nicht, was diese Scheiße soll. Was für ein blödes Arschloch. Wunderschöne Geschöpfe, ich könnte heulen, wenn ich sowas sehe.
