I LOVE that kind of ‘catching moments’. Incredible art.

You heard Ingo's own music somewhere or as a DJ live or on the radio and loved it? You should subscribe to the vogelmann Gigs Feed by either ...

I love this tune by The Verve.
Happiness
More or less
It’s just a change in me
Something in my liberty
Oh, my, my
Happiness
Coming and going
I watch you look at me
Watch my fever growing
I know just where I amBut how many corners do I have to turn?
How many times do I have to learn
All the love I have is in my mind? But I’m a lucky man
With fire in my handsHappiness
Something in my own place
I’m stood here naked
Smiling, I feel no disgrace
With who I amHappiness
Coming and going
I watch you look at me
Watch my fever growing
I know just who I amBut how many corners do I have to turn?
How many times do I have to learn
All the love I have is in my mind?I hope you understand
I hope you understandGotta love that’ll never die

This touches me deeply. My father died 1992, and I wish I had some similar sort of time with him in his last days. I hadn’t, because we were angry and disappointed with each other. We were fools.
He loved his collection of watches and his Mercedes Benz S Class, his business, his suits, his Mont Blanc pens, his Sundays at the horse races, his meetings with business ‘friends’ and his all-over luxury. I would have loved a single sentence by him like “I’m proud of you my son, for what you are and what you are not”, but all I ever heard was “you’re not good enough”.
I’m 35 years old, and I look exactly like him when he was 35. This is all we ever shared and all we share now.
Ich erinnere mich da an was.

Grossklicken:
Drummaniac Live June,10th ,2008
Das Stück ist absolut schauderhaft. Das Drumming(1) dazu klingt schauderhaft. Die ganze Aktion ist peinlich. Und schauderhaft.

I am sick of negative people who just sit around trying 2 plot my downfall… Why???? I understand if people don’t like me because I like me or if people think tight clothes look gay or people say I run my mouth to much, But this Bonnaroo thing is the worst insult I’ve ever had in my life. This is the most offended I’ve ever been… this is the maddest I ever will be. I’m typing so fucking hard I might break my fucking Mac book Air!!!!!!!! Call me any name you want…. arrogant, conceited, narcissistic, racist, metro, fag whatever you can think of…. BUT NEVER SAY I DIDN’T GIVE MY ALL!

I love Kanye for his openness. His music is not my style but for sure I love this dude.

Including animated GIF’s series of dust devils. Shit, this feels like a movie. I’m totally kicked, and I love Faisal only for triggering me to that awesome photo blog. Every new post always makes my day.
Regarding to this and this the latest news is that sharing friskyRadio shows on MercuryServer comes to a total end from today on. I really think this is the best solution since users seem to be unable to follow simple rules.
I do not want to have listeners and fans who are unable to respect this simple rules. All they do is rip my shows while their running and posting them BEFORE I even think about uploading the shows onto MY server for the PODIO.
There is a true and faithful crowd of people who know what respect means. They are either friskyRadio subscribers and/or donate to me for hosting the PODIO files. There’s a bunch of people who link to my sites and friskyRadio when they write about new sets at whatever internet sites. This is totally okay and wanted!
No, it’s not about the donations or any other money. It’s all about giving and respecting that. We (friskyRadio, myself and my DJ colleagues) love to GIVE, but don’t take an arm when we want to give a finger, please.
Although I have to say that I really think that Tom @ MercuryServer did all he could do, and this needs to be respected as well. We might not have the same opinion on some points but grown-ups can respect each others for their intentions. No hate.

Das ist alles nur von heute:
Servus Ingo,
Grad läuft Deine Version von “Its gonna be a fine day” meinen Gehörgang herunter.
Was wollt ich eigentlich sagen ……. lol ….
Langer Rede, kurzer Sinn ……
H.
I’ll be honest here; haven’t been massively impressed with part 1 of this show so far. Until 170 mins that is; this track is niiiiice!
Think the thing is that progressive music, to me at least, seems to have been changing a lot for a few months now. The sort of tunes that came before that track mentioned above in this set don’t really appeal to me - they’re a bit ‘beepy’ and ‘minimal’ I guess. Not sure, I’m struggling to actually explain it, but anyone with this set downloaded (from friskySubscription of course) can see what I mean. The one at 170 mins is far more my sort of sound!
That’s no criticism to you Ingo, of all the sets played on frisky, it’s LIGHTWORKS that I love the most by far. I have my own little habit of adding an entry to the ID3 tag of the MP3 file for any tracks I find I like (see, so I can find them again at a later date, and your sets always have loads of those (see my screenshot below). I imagine you’ve got to include music you like, but also music you know other people will like, and it all comes down to personal preference and what sound moves each person. I have a rough idea what my sound is, it doesn’t mean the other stuff is wrong or bad.
I’m a pretty crap progressive fan really; I rarely have any idea of waht’s going on in the genre, I just know I like the music. Would be good actually if someone could explain why, how and in what way progressive has been changing over the past 6 months, or year, or even few years. I first started listening to this stuff back in…end of 2004, and the stuff then sounds very different to the stuff now. All genres evolve and change of course, I just wonder what the influences are.
I suppose in a way I’m just trying to keep hold of the ’style’ of progressive that I first heard way back then, but it seems to be slipping away…
I still hear plenty of good prog though, in shows like LIGHTWORKS (of course), 6th Auditorium, Deepest Level, Mindfields, Sol Solar, so I know it’s out there! All credit to the guys who bring that music to us - the producers and the DJs - because I’d never get to hear so many amazing tracks if it weren’t for them.
T.V.
So far this day was quite a nightmare to friskyRadio & LIGHTWORKS lovers. Faisal, chief frisky and geek, is on holidays in Dubai and somehow the friskyCronjob (that is automatically transferring data from friskyFTP to friskyStreamingServer) denied to do his job. Now problem #2 appeared: A PROPER INTERNET CONNECTION FOR THE CHIEF IN DUBAI!
With extraordinary work (and lots of being fucked up) he got it managed!
Facts tho:
I know that you - fellow LIGHTWORKS and friskyRadio fans - would suggest the same. So, big thanks and standing ovations to Faisal and to you for all your understanding!
