HowTo: Add the miniFrisky Player widget to your Wordpress sidebar!
Having a miniFrisky Player widget with useful links and stuff integrated makes your Wordpress Blog cooler and sexier than ever. ![]()
Installing it is pretty easy:
- Install Daiko’s Text Widget (works basically like the Text widget, but it will also take PHP code and includes conditional tags to specify where to show.)
- Place a Daiko Text Widget somewhere into one of your sidebars, where you wish the miniFrisky widget to appear.
- Add this code to the Daiko Text Widget (copy the code out of the TXT file and paste it into the Daiko Text Widget).
- Change the color of the miniFrisky Player (which is the HEX colour code EF9A48 in my case) to a HEX code of your needs. For example: Black is 000000, white is FFFFFF, grey is CCCCCC. If you don’t know anything about HEX codes, try this. You have no idea what the color code of your sidebar’s background is? Try this.
Woohooo, now you (should) have it!! This is how mine looks:
