Wenn organisatorisch alles glatt läuft - wir müssen noch ein bißchen an Details arbeiten - wird zu den genannten Terminen im legendären Rider’s Café in Lübeck die getFrisky! Germany ablaufen. Hier die deutschen friskyRadio Resident DJ’s, die bis jetzt zugesagt haben und aller Voraussicht nach auch spielen werden, wobei hier lokale DJ’s, die zum Rider’s gehören noch nicht genannt sind (kommt aber auch noch):
Heute hatte ich die Rider’s Café Documentary DVD in der Post, die der liebe Kai-Uwe Meyer (Inhaber) mir geschickt hat. Ich kann jedem Musik-, Kultur- und vielleicht sogar Bikeinteressierten diese DVD nur wärmstens empfehlen! Ein berührendes Denkmal, das zeigt, mit wieviel Herz und Überzeugung Kai den Laden in über 20 Jahren aufgebaut und geführt hat.
Wenn Barack Obama Pennsylvania gewinnt, kann sich JEDER den 23. April lang ALLES KOSTENLOS aus dem L2MusicStore aussuchen, was er haben will, soviel wie er will. Dazu dann einfach unter CONTACT schicken, was ihr haben wollt. Ich arbeite das dann nach und nach ab. Um 0:00 Uhr am 24. April ist dann aber Schicht.
So far this day was quite a nightmare to friskyRadio & LIGHTWORKS lovers. Faisal, chief frisky and geek, is on holidays in Dubai and somehow the friskyCronjob (that is automatically transferring data from friskyFTP to friskyStreamingServer) denied to do his job. Now problem #2 appeared: A PROPER INTERNET CONNECTION FOR THE CHIEF IN DUBAI!
With extraordinary work (and lots of being fucked up) he got it managed!
Facts tho:
LIGHTWORKS will start approx. 1 hour later than scheduled. ON TIME!
I suggested to add Fady Ferraye’s show GOOSEBUMPED between the LIGHTWORKS sets, meaning: GOOSEBUMPED will air after the first part of LIGHTWORKS.
I know that you - fellow LIGHTWORKS and friskyRadio fans - would suggest the same. So, big thanks and standing ovations to Faisal and to you for all your understanding!

Wer oben auf die abgeänderte Werbung für LIGHTWORKS schaut, wird vielleicht verstehen, was ich mit der Headline meine. Ab sofort kicke ich jeden aus der Show, der nicht spätestens 1 Woche vor der Show seinen Kram rübergeschickt hat, ganz konsequent. Ich hab die Schnauze voll. Besonders von Leuten, die monate- oder wochenlang Zeit haben und es dann immer noch nicht auf die Reihe kriegen.
Ich bekomme täglich Anfragen von Leuten, die in LIGHTWORKS spielen möchten. Und genau die bekommen eine Chance.
Schluß. Ende. Aus. Mit denen, die ein bißchen Zuverlässigkeit nicht für nötig halten. Dann kann ich die 8 Stunden auch alleine spielen, kein Problem.
Ich habe es an anderer Stelle bereits angesprochen, ich wiederhole mich gern nochmal.
Wer glaubt, man erreiche seine Ziele bei oder mit mir, indem man versucht, Dinge zu erzwingen, mit faulen Tricks herbeizutäuschen, durch Manipulation oder emotionaler Druckausübung weiter zu kommen, der nehme bitte Folgendes zur Kenntnis:
Ich habe nicht all diese Entscheidungen getroffen, damit ich in der Schule ’sitzen bleibe’. Wenn jemand hinterherhinkt und mit dem ‘Stoff’ nicht nachkommt, dann ist das nicht mein Problem. Nachhilfe gibt das Leben genug.

Together with my Booking agent Ale Coloma (who’s originally from Chile) I have begun to plan a South America Tour in 2008. Just today I have been asked to play at the biggest FM (!) radio station in Buenos Aires / Argentina which means: Millions of listeners!
Der gesamten Katzenpopulation von Peking (mehrere hunderttausend Tiere) droht der grausame Tod und ist in Tötungslagern bei Peking bereits im Gange. Die Katzenbesitzer werden von der Regierung anlässlich der Olympischen Spiele eingeschüchtert und unter dem Vorwand, die Tiere würden Krankheiten verbreiten, veranlasst, sie auszusetzen. Dann werden sie auf brutalste Art eingefangen, gesammelt und erschlagen, vergiftet, ertränkt oder lebendig verbrannt. Auch die Hunde sind betroffen, auch sie sollen bis zu den Spielen verschwunden sein. Chinesische Tierschutzgruppen haben versucht zu protestieren, werden dafür aber bestraft. Kastrationsangebote wurden ablehnt.
Betty Bizarre was planned for this month, too. Unfortunately she has become very sick and needs to recover quick to play LIGHTWORKS (with ‘Addliss’ from Germany and myself) in April instead.
