Zu vermieten

Soeben entdeckt:

Bauernh., Bj. 1908, kompl. renov./modernis. 1992, Wfl. 320 qm, 9 Zimmer, 3 Bäder, Südostlage, 2500 qm Garten, Zirbelstube, rust. Küche, Holzofen, kleiner Kräutergarten, 4 Stellpl. in Tenne, nur an kinderloses Paar, keine Homos.

Wozu auch Kinder bei so wenig Platz? Und ‘Homos’ feiern sicher nur Sexorgien. Hinterher kriegt das Haus noch AIDS … nee, lass mal. Keine Homos.

Ihr ahnt es richtig, es handelt sich nicht um Deutschland sondern Bayern.
