Russland-USA: Erstes Treffen von Obama und Medwedew wahrscheinlich am 15.11.
Am Rande des G-20 Gipfels am 15.11 werden sich der russische Präsident Medwedew und der künftige Präsident der USA Obama voraussichtlich das erste mal treffen. Doch schon jetzt hat Medwedew Obama in einem Telegramm zum „konstruktiven Dialog“ zwischen den USA und Russland aufgerufen.
Ein gutes Signal, ich freu’ mich und bin mir sicher: Obama schaukelt das.
