Wie sammelt die Deutsche Nationalbibliothek Online-Publikationen?

Die Deutsche Nationalbibliothek setzt seit einigen Tagen die Pflichtablieferungsverordnung um, die das Sammeln von Netzpublikationen und körperlicher Medienwerke regelt. Darüber, was dies konkret für Website-Betreiber, Blogger und Foren-Betreiber bedeutet, herrschte in den vergangenen Tagen einige Verwirrung. Die Netzgemeinde kann aufatmen, denn die Bibliothek wird Blogs, Foren und Websites mit statischen Inhalten nur automatisiert über einen eigenen Crawler erfassen und archivieren.

Wieso nicht gleich so? Anfänger.
