Kürzlich hatte mein Zug (und viele andere in Köln) 1 Stunde Verspätung. Wegen ‘Böschungsbrand’. Den vollen Fahrpreis habe ich aber bezahlt. Ich war um 20 Uhr am Bahnhof in Köln Ehrenfeld … und um 24 Uhr zu Hause. Aus Köln, ins Ruhrgebiet. Ich war totmüde, völlig abgefuckt, mein Hund ebenso und ich hätte fast töten können.

Als ich mich hinterher beim ‘Service’ Center beschwerte, legte man mir einen Brief oder eine 01805-Nummer nahe.
